Horse Rehabilitation Case
Mare on 20th April 2008
Old brood mare - Wintered badly - arrives 20/04/08. Put
on our rehabilitation diet, worming programme, dentist and
grazing regime - 20/05/08, now in foal carrying an embryo
transfer foal.
Fractured cannon bone - referred lame - swam back into
work and now show jumps BSJA
Fractured pedal bone - came to us after 10 months box
rest - still lame on arrival - now back in work after
walker and pool treatment.
Severed tendon due to kick injury - swam daily for 6
weeks - now back competing dressage & jumping.
